Ordering FAQ
How
do I use the shopping cart?
1)Select
the item(s) you wish, and click "View Cart"
to see your cart and check out. This takes you to the cart page.
2)The cart page shows your order, and on the left side underneath
your items are two dropdown menus to select your shipping method
and method of payment. Make you selections.
3)Click the button that says "Check Out Purchase
Total (your total is shown)" This takes you to the
page to enter your shipping information.
4)Click "Enter" at the bottom of the
page. This takes you to the secure check out page where you will
enter your credit card.
5)Enter your credit card information and click "Submit
Order".
Please
note:If you chose "Paypal" rather than "Secure
Online Credit Card Transaction", the "Enter" button
will take you to Paypal. If you chose "Credit Card Transaction
Via Telephone" the "Enter" button will take you
to a page showing the telephone number to place your order. "Check
or Money Order" will offer you a printable version of your
cart to mail in with your order.
Where
can I see the prices for hotcats products?
Prices
are clearly labeled in our order form for each Hotcat product.
Also, we offer quantity discounts! Quantity discounts are also
plainly marked in the order form, and discounted prices are automatically
entered upon ordering.
Is my credit card payment secure?
Yes! Secure credit card payments through our shopping cart are
taken by AuthorizeNet - a leader in Internet
Security. authorizeNet uses the most secure encryption technology
available.
Paypal is also an option, and is also a respected and secure online
payment provider.
What if I don't want to pay online?
There are several alternative ways to order our products.
To use regular mail, just use the shopping cart as usual. At the
bottom of the cart, choose the payment option "pay with
check or money order" from the drop down box. Your order
will be shown in a printable format; just fill in your personal
information (name, shipping address, etc.), print out your order
and mail it in with a check or money order. Our mailing address
is on the order form and also at the bottom of this page for your
convenience.
Are there other ways to order?
Yes, you can telephone in your order to us at 541-933-2151. For
your convenience, you may go through our cart as usual and choose
"Credit Card Transaction Via Telephone". We'll
receive a copy of your order via email, so all you'll need to
provide us with is your credit card information.
You'll also receive a copy via email.
There is also an option to fax in your order. Selecting
this option will provide you with a printable version of your
order to fax in. Our fax number is on the form.
Can
I use my paypal account?
Yes!
Use our shopping cart and in the drop down box labeled "Payment
Option" choose "Pay Pal". You'll be taken
to the paypal secure website to enter your payment. Paypal will
immediately send us your payment notice, and we will fill your order!
What
is your delivery time?
Orders are usually shipped within 7 business days.
What
is your refund policy?
Hotcats
products are not refundable unless there is a problem with materials
or workmanship. If you feel this applies in your situation, please
contact us immediately upon receipt.
What
about my personal information?
Full Circle Herb values your business and respects your
privacy. We will use your personal information
simply to fill and ship your order. We will never trade or
give away any information about you to any other party.
